Hi,
After I updated my bank account details, my paisapay account put on hold and all remittances are on hold. I sent my address proof and ID proof documents but till now the account is not made active and its putting unnecessary and undue pressure on me.
Also customer care is very hard to readh out. Some how I could reach customer care after wating 19 minutes, escalated the issue. Inspite of this again I got email saying that I need to send one document. I don;t understand even after sending all valid and proper documents why paisapay is asking me to send documents again and again.
Please clarify. Also any further delay in paisapay account hold will hold back my payments and money.
