most cheater and fraudulent company "ebay"

I bought mobile and it is confirmed by your ebay staff in written as well as over tel that mobile is under ebay guarantee and i recd that mobile in "not in good condition" than immediately i lodged a complaint to return the product vide complaint no 759366, but without any convincing reply ebay people took their own decision and closed the claim, this is very ridiculous way of working.
