Refund status approved but money not yet received in my account .....

claim 354232 was approved on 19 Dec 2013. But refund of Amount is
still not debited to my account. I can confirm that amount was paid
via private bank (FEDERAL bank) . Ideally amount is expected to be debited within 3-4

working days. Now its almost 13 days but till now its not processed to my account.

Very much disappointed with this kind of support from ebay.

I have ordered many items but this one problem made me  to check for other online options.

Since got scared with ebay on refund process and I doubt whether my money will come or not.

I hope some one atleast responds to this...

else this will be my last transaction in ebay...
