confirmed item receipt but hvnt receive the item yet. cnt track either as it says item reiceived

hello,,

             i received email to confirm my receipt before my item arrived. so i confirmed the receipt. now when i try to track my order, it says my item has been received, and till now my item hasnt arrived yet nor can i refund it.
