I had purchased one "Anti Theft Burglar Pad Lock Alarm Security Siren Home Office Bike Bicycle Shop" (262393547122) - Price: Rs. 318.00 and was delivered on 25.04.2016.PaisaPay ID: 42402735944 of 20/04/16. The seller sent a defective item. I was asked by customercare to dispose the item and refund is in the process. The REFUND was approved on 25.04.2016 but am yet to receive it. Many emails have only yielded in vague assurances. May I sincerely ask when may I get the refund??
