UNABLE TO REGISTER MY BANK ACCOUNT IN PAISAPAY...NO HELP SINCE LAST 2 MONTHS

MY EMAIL TO EBAY ON SEPT 4, 2015

 

Hi team, I am trying to edit my bank account details, but it is not shwoing my branch under HDFC bank....my account is in Stephen House, BBD Bag, Kolkata Branch...and the same is not coming as dropdown under HDFC bank...my IFSC code is HDFC0000008....MICR CODE IS 700240002

We would like to inform you that we receive a list from Reserve Bank of India (RBI), with the names of banks which support online bank transfer. Hence, it is not in our control to add any new supporting banks to this list.

 

We request you select any alternate branch from the existing lists and register your account with PaisaPay. Check with your bank if they offer the Core Banking facility. (Core banking facility helps the customers to operate their accounts from anywhere in the country. The customers can even transfer funds from their accounts to any other bank in the country). If yes, then select the nearest branch for your bank and register with PaisaPay.

 

Also note that when you would be prompted to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, we would require the details of the bank account holder also along with your details.

 

If this option is not suitable, you can open a new account with any of the banks or branches mentioned in the list provided by RBI.

My Branch is certainly a core banking branch and is one of the oldest branch of HDFC in Kolkata....it also supports online banking as I do the same from the said bank account.
 
You have suggested me selecting any alternate branch.....do you mean that I select any branch and type in the CORRECT account number.....if yes...would there be any issues in funds being credited to mu account via PaisaPay....Ebay needs to confirm this one
 
Am surprised to see that you guys are still banking on a list given by RBI which states the list of banks and Branches which are approved by RBI and it dates back May 8, 2008.....comeon,.....just think about the blunder which you guys are making.....

You guys need to just update your masters with the latest list

What I am trying to point out is that my Bank Branch is not appearing in the drop down as you GUYS ARE STILL FOLLOWING TO THE LIST RELEASED BY RBI
 
NOW READ THIS PROPERLY AND THEN RESPOND......ALREADY 14 DAYS HAVE PASSED AND YOU GUYS HAVE NOT PROGRESSED EVEN A MILLIMETRE

I actually PITY on the quality of CC guys you have and the way you just go round and round instead of ACTUALLY understanding the ISSUE and SOLVING the same...pathetic guys

You dont need to Thank me for choosing Ebay...I think have rather done a mistake

 

You say that you understand what is the issue - but am not at all sorry to say that you have not 

 

You say that you receive a list from RBI for the banks which support online bank transfer - NO YOU DONT - as the list whihc you are using is DATED MAY 8, 2008 and it seems according to them in the last 7 years no other backs or branches have started the facility of online banking - it is SICK man......Just click on this link for List of NEFT enabled bank Branches (Bank-wise IFS Codes) updated as on Sep 23, 2015  https://rbi.org.in/Scripts/bs_viewcontent.aspx?Id=2009 - See this list guys......u seriously need to revise the list....

 

You say that you guys update the list from time to time - RUBBISH - your list of branches and banks shows that the list is dated May 8, 2008...what is the concerned team doing for last 7 years....just taking salary and doing NOTHING

 

Then you say that I select your branch as KNC Road and MICR code : 700240017 - Now my issue here is that my Branch is KOLKATA - STEPHEN HOUSE (BBD BAG) and MICR Code is 700240002 and IFSC Code is HDFC0000008. NOW I NEED A WRITTEN ACCEPTANCE FROM YOUR TEAM THAT IF I PUNCH IN MY CORRECT ACCOUNT NUMBER OF HDFC BANK AND USE THE BRANCH & MICR CODES GIVEN BY YOU...M Y FUNDS WOULD BE DULY TRANSFERRED TO MY ACCOUNT. IF IT DOESN'T EBAY INDIA WOULD REIMBURSE ME ANYHOW.

 

FINALLY YOU HAVE NEVER TILL TIME IN ALL THE RESPONSES HAVE ABLE ABLE TO ANSWER MY QUERY TO EVEN 1% OF MY SATISFACTION...DONT YOU HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS ESCALATION MATRIX IN PLACE...WHEREIN THE COMPLAINTS AUTOMATICALLY ESCALATE TO VARIOUS LEVELS IN CASE THE SAME IS NOT RESOLVED IN ONE OR TWO ITERATION OF EMAILS BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND YOUR CUSTOMER CARE
