Its 20 days now and there is no update about the progress on my claim id 1386007. I got a damaged refrigerator and no one is ready to take responsibility. My Diwali just got spoiled. I had lots of options for online buy, but I chose Ebay.
After lot of followups, now I am planning to put this on Twitter or Facebook for public knowledge that this is what happening in Ebay after wrong shipment.
I will wait until this weekend (till 21st Nov) and then will try every possible way to escalate this fraud to public.
Thanks for spoiling my Diwali and not entertaining me from last 20 days.
