Hi,

I am Rajesh K from Bangalore, I tried to buy a mp3 player (Item No: 5876500629) and even made an online payment thru PaisaPay, though the payment was made & I got a confirmation mail about the payment from eBay & also my Credit Card has been charged the amt. I am unable to contact the seller (techno_bazaar) as the information i see on website says 'No longer registered with eBay', so where did my payment go.

I tried contacting PaisaPay (thru Help on the website on Mar 10) but till now all I got was an automated reply saying they will get in touch soon. Its been 5 days and I am bit worried.

Can someone help me out on what I must do next, or pass me the contact no.s of eBay so I can speak to them directly.

Hi tommcat_in1,

I regret the unpleasant experience you had. A seller might get suspended (Not a registered user) for variety of reasons, including non payment of eBay fee. I will suggest you check with the seller if he is sending the product. In case the seller does not respond, or you do not get the product within a stipulated time, i will advice you to open a Item Not received dispute against the seller.

The next step would be to close the dispute and escalate the claim for Buyer Protection claim. Since you have paid via credit card, you can file for a chargeback with your credit card company. this will ensure that all your amount is returned to you.
