I regret the unpleasant experience you had. A seller might get suspended (Not a registered user) for variety of reasons, including non payment of eBay fee. I will suggest you check with the seller if he is sending the product. In case the seller does not respond, or you do not get the product within a stipulated time, i will advice you to open a
Item Not received dispute against the seller.
The next step would be to close the dispute and escalate the claim for
Buyer Protection claim. Since you have paid via credit card, you can file for a chargeback with your credit card company. this will ensure that all your amount is returned to you.
