Selling Fees not received..draft fraud by HDFC BANK

This is in ref to sale of the item “Project Report BPO CALL CENTRE (8433105141)” for Rs. 9,000.00, with PaisaPay ID 17071308040.

My paisapay balance for the period 25-Apr-2006 to 13-Jun-2006 for Rs. 8,685.00 after deducting Service Fee Charged: Rs. 315.00 has not been received by me. On intimation to you have said it was send as Demand Draft through Bluedart and that Date of Delivery: 15th June 2006, Time of Delivery: 17:45, Recipient: A.Mitra. I was also informed that the same cheques for Rs.8,685/- has been encashed.

However, I have neither received any Demand Draft on such date and time nor I have deposited and encashed the cheque amounting to Rs.8,685/-. I have send a letter via speedpost,enclosing a copy of bank statement of ICICI BANK, A/C NO 0001016525 and also a certified copy of the bank statement for the relevant period to prove the same.

If paisapay doesnt pay me, I shall take legal action for making stories.

The question is whether another person named ANINDYA MITRA has same bank a/c no as I have ? Or is HDFC BANK doing a fraud by honoring draft and crediting it to diff bank a/c other than that written on the draft or is Paisapay making stories by saying that draft already encashed.

No i dont feel paisa pay will make stories.

Get the details and inquire with HDFC.

At times such funds are not credited to the account holder if the name dosent match. But the DD/Cheque gets encashed and the amount is kept in a seperate account by HDFC.

It could be a case of fraud but you must first ask BLUEDART and HDFC. Then go for appropriate legal action if required.
