Hi there,
The claim # 2066047 that I have raised with eBay is not being looked at all for the last 10 days. eBay tried calling me only once and as my phone was busy. After multile requests I was approached again on 15th June and the claims department ensured that the claim will be processed swiftly after taking a consent from the seller.
I have spoken to the seller multiple times and he is much more than happy to replace the product. For the last 5 days, I've been trying to track the claim status and it is not being updated. https://eguarantee.ebay.in/eg/ViewClaimHistory?claimId=2066047
The customer care has been extremely rude and apathetic as well. I've been tormented for the last 10 days and while the seller is happy to replace the product, eBay is causing huge delays for nothing.
Can someone have a look at this issue for me
