Regarding my EBAY Claim

HI sir,/Madam,
I have requested for ebay refund on 25th of October.Details are mentioned below.

They have asked me resend back the product to the seller as it is a used piece.But since we were not trusting the courier services, we have requested for the re-pick up facility. So ebay people told me,they will call within 2 days.But I dint recieve any call. After 3 days I got a call saying that your claim is closed and asked me to directly talk to the seller. I am trying to call the seller,but he is not responding to my calls or mails.If this is the scenario,my next step would be contacting the higher officials of eBay and if I get no response, I would be reaching the Consumer court for my reclaim.Hope you will respond to this mail and help me atleast contacting the seller
