This is terrible and never expecting service from eBay. I have bought an item from eBay and returned it and also the refund has been processed on Feb 26 and till now I haven't received any refund back in my account and also I have not received the return postage coupon also. I habe called 8 times to eBay after waiting 10 working days and everytime they says they will escalate the case to superior officers and their apologies which I don't want to hear anymore from eBay. I want resolution to this.. Every time they says this will be processed within 2 days..But nothing happens and I called again and this repeated 8 times now.. Still no resolution. Once they asked to send the bank statement to insellerverification@ebay.com and I did sent and still no reply. Why this much time to refund the amount which is already approved..? This is frustrating and very disappointing. I never recommend eBay to anyone after this issue.. Now eBay stole my money. I returned my order and eBay stole my money.. Absolutely very bad customer service... My claim ID is 1709418
