Guys it is supposed that there is any automatic refund initiated if seller failed to Ship item till required deadline (7 days) it was ordred on 9th Nov 2013 which is over. My eguarantee is not working, no webpage is opening. HOW CAN SOMEONE BUY HERE SAFELY ???
Its 16th Nov 2013 and ebay is not refunding my amount.
