Problems charging to credit card using paisapay

Hi
I have been complianing to Paisapay customer service that my charge is not going thru. I get a message saying it was unsuccessful. I checked w/ my credit card and was told that everything was fine. Paisapay acknowledged technical problems and aksed me try after a day.
It is the same now.
Its frustrating. I need to make several payments and i dont have a debit card/or indian bank acct.
Please resiolve my issue ASAP.

Hi, I have the exact same problem, but do have debit-cards to, tried with three different CC's, MC&VISA, same problem with all, and since your question hasn't been answerd in almost a year I'm not that hopeful...

I can't really see the feature with Paisapay, what's wrong with PayPal?

the same problem to me by april/may 2008. a buyer tried their credit card and they got "this transaction cannot be completed. Please select different payment method"

I have read that there is trouble with paypal system in india but i have bought stuff from India through paypal so i don't understand what the real problem is.

I am having the same problem trying to make a payment to PaisaPay with my credit card.
It keeps rejecting my credit card.
This is frustrating.
Isn't there some way to send money to PaisaPay Via PayPal?

I too am having problems .I am rejected because my card is not verified.The last reply I got was Paisa is only available in India.What rot.
