The worst customer service and claim department in entire India's online shopping sites. Raise a claim and then forget because these people never ever call back. No response from the claim departments even after numerous commitments. They always say "you will get resolution but today evening".
Every single day gets the same reply, not sure if anyone bothers to call the customer. Ex: one day I got the reply that seller has initiated the refund and next day I got the reply that "we are still looking into it".
