Payment cleared for Buyer who is unregistered on Ebay.in

Hi,

We have recd. Paisa Pay payment for a mobile phone worth approx Rs.13600 for a buyer whos is NOW unregistered on Ebay.in.

Should we despatch the item or not?

Also worried about Credit Card fraud or Refund if buyer retracts his commitment to pay?

Hello Ashok !

The buyer may be unregistered due to many reasons not just fraud buyer !

I had many occasions when the the buyer id showed as unregistered and after a week the account was restored.

You have 2 options:-

1) contact paisapay and ask for clarification
2) ship the item incase the payment was fraudulent paisapay will refund after you give them POD.

Use your discretion !
