This is so unfortunate to see msg from paisapay with reason stating that " buyer not contactable" !!
Since I made the purchase of about 250$ , I have been sending them emails about the status and even i confirmed my email address and phone number with them...(they never called me once) , also sent the scanned copy of my CC....so what was the hold up ????? if they don't have a proper system and services setup on their side why they even initiate or take up such tasks ! and now they rejected my payment ?
