Paisapay : pending authorisation

I chose paisa pay mode and paid through my credit card but it is pending authorisation and I have been asked to fax a set of documents for its authorisation. This is a cumbersome process. Is there a faster and simpler way? How do I cancel my payment made through credit card and pay through any other faster and efficient system? Can I pay through my bank account in ICICI Bank?

Hi,
You could have chosen the payment via ICICI bank account earlier. Ebay ask for credit card verification for transaction above Rs 2000. It is for the safety of the users. You can photo-copy your credit card and do not forget to blur the three digit CVV number of the back side of the credit card. After sending the fax, the payment should be cleared within 2 working days otherwise contact the paisapay team through live chat.
