We are always here to make the buyers happy and their feedback gives us the great reputation.
But a buyer (ashishat) who has paid me (Rs.109/-) via Paisapay (PaisaPay ID 94724968)on 02 August 2005 is still in pending.
Ebay people say that you will not get the amount, the buyer says that he has paid and to dispatch the item.
What shall I do, whom shall I blame if I get negitive feedback, ofcourse on the PaisaPay part.
Ebay told me to directly contact buyer and resolve the matter, but the buyer has paid and he says why to pay twice.
The amount may be small, but the lose of reputation is high price. Ebay should look in this matter and credit the pending balance to the curren account.
I am losing hope on paisapay from this incident!
