I have sold PS3 Games on ebay.in in the month of June 17. But due to GST enforced w.e.f. 01.07.17. My remittance has been put on hold. They say that I have to update my GSTIN number on EBay.in. I am an individual and not owing any shop or business. And I dont need GSTIN. I have around 3000 Rupees held with ebay.in.
What should I do to get my remittance back? Is there any way that the ebay can deduct any GST amount from remittance and send the balance remittance to my bank account.
