I am long time ebay member since the day ebay.in domain was not created. Member since around 2002/2003. I kept ebay as great company but only till today. Its a fraud company and nightmare for sellers. My ebay id: gadget_deal. Ebay blocked all access including this site so am posting this from new id.
Today i got email stating that my paisapay remittance is on hold. I have around 2.23lcs of remittance which were supposed to credit to my bank account today. The product i sold were custom demand. Now my hard earned money is on stake. I have 2 loan payment due very soon.
I contatced CS and got connected guy named Abhilash. That guy is a moron repeating again and again that i have voilated some policy and need to go thru user agreement. On asking which policy i voilated, he kept on saying "go thru user agreement and you will come to know". That stupid guy even transfered my call to other deparment which inturn said its wrong to transfer them. This stupid guy kept on repeating same thing again and again and even disconnected my call inbetween. I called multiple time but no boday told me which policy i voilated. Its a nightmare and bull**bleep** CS.
Its my money and i have all right on it. If ebay see something wrong then they should tell me clearly what wrong i did. They cannot hold my money for no reasons. Now i am really worried about my hard earned money since i have shipped all products and even buyers have confirmed receipt. I have discussed this with family.
Guys - any idea what might happen next and if i need to take some legal action to get my hard earned back??? Its a really big amount for me and i cannot keep quite now.
