PaisaPay not working from California

I really need to send this gift to my parents in India and the only way I have is to pay by credit card as I do not have any accounts in India that I can use (citibank etc) and the system does not work with my Credit Card for some reason. It is really frustrating.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

I thought it was just me, I see others are also running into this issue and no word from PaisaPay support! The error I get is following

Your PaisaPay credit card payment cannot be completed. Please select a different payment type.

Why don't you use PayPal for paying this ?

PaisaPay does not work with Visa or American Express. I tried to pay for an Ebay transaction today. The whole system is messed up. The American Express version has some server errors. The Visa version goes fine till after the Visa verification but after that PaisaPay provides this info:

"Your PaisaPay credit card payment cannot be completed. Please select a different payment type."

I did get the same message when tried to use my Amex card. Not sure what to do next.
