Paisa Pay pending

I took quite a gamble and decided to pay a bid I won through Paisa Pay and I feel they do complete justice on their inefficiency. There is an absolute lack of information of why the transaction takes this long to be authenticated. Before any Paisa Pay dude comes here and mentions the Customer Support, I have done it. All i have received is email confirmation. And before the same or another Paisa Pay dude says send a suggestion. I have done that too. It is not hard to find where the Paisa Pay corporate office is. This way I can personally meet the geniuses behind the screen and congratulate them for bringing out a new meaning to online transaction. It is sad though that the seller has got the item ready for dispatch and is waiting for the confirmation of payment from Paisa Pay.

Sorry to learn that you had a bad experience with your first Paisapay transaction.

I would like to mention that Paisapay method of payment is the fastest and most convenient for both Buyers & Sellers.

But one in thousands cases it happens that the confirmation file doesn't reach the paisapay bank (through data transfer over internet). This is normally when you do a Bank transfer.

In that case confirmation is done manually and may take 2-3 days.

This used to happen quite often since a couple of months ago but now it happens very rarely.

I hope someone from ebay or paisapay department clarifies to you for this delay.

Some quick response from ebay staff would help build better confidence.

I did receive a mail from ebay support team to specify that high end transactions take 1 - 2 days. I think they should change their message from 'Payment Pending through Paisa Pay' to a more specific message like 'Waiting for confirmation from bank' or something with a similiar effect. But I am equally happy with their reponse and also for completing my transaction. Thanks for the support.

I also have same exp.
I have done my Payment to the seller through Paisa pay with my Credit Card - Amount is just 1700 on 21st June.
Then also Paisa Pay people still have not sent the payment confirmation to the seller.

I guess Paisapay guys should understand the need of fast transaction in todays world.

Can somebody tell me email address or phone number to these guys ?
