There are no charges for registering for PaisaPay service, neither are there any monthly charges. The charges are based on transaction. To know more about PaisaPay you might like to go through the link below.

In Top Box, you will need to select "Ask about Bidding and Buying", in 2nd Box, the 7th item is PaisaPay, and in the 3rd Box you can choose the relevant problem.
