Paisa Pay Dispute

I made a transaction of Rs.1974 through Paisa Pay (online ICICI transfer) towards an item on 04-APR-2005.

The payment is still not reached the seller nor can I say any payment realization in the ebay site.

However, the amount has been deducted from my ICICI account.

I had earlier purchased many items through ebay.co.uk using Paypal account which could no way be compared with Paisa Pay in terms of communication and dispute resolution.

I have raised a dispute, but havent got any reply from either the seller nor the ebay.

Sorry to hear that you are facing this trouble with your Paisapay payment. The best way to get your concern clarified is to write to PaisaPay team via the following the link:
http://pages.ebay.in/help/contact_inline/index.html

In the first box click on "Ask about bidding or buying", in the second box the last item is PaisaPay transactions. On selecting that you will get certain options in the third box where you can choose the problem you are concerned about. PaisaPay team will investigate the issue and respond accordingly to you.

Hi Sapana,

As suggested by you, I did try the link http://pages.ebay.in/help/contact_inline/index.html.

But after I make the first selection "Ask about bidding or buying", I see no options being displayed in the second box. I guess the website has a bug which needs to be fixed.

Dont Paisapay have an email id or contact number so that I could explain my concern to them ?

Would appreciate your help in this.
