Paid through paisapay but item not received.

I've won an item no.200109772716 on 24/05/07 and paid Rs.28000/- via paisapay id 19564524704 on 30-05-07.

I regret to say that till date I've not received the said item and when I contacted the seller, his response was that he had not received the payment yet (04/06/07) But the payment has been debited from my savings account on 30/05/07.

Now what should I do????? Please help!!!

hi,

I share divi-gupta's experience. on 04 june eve, i recd info that i had won item # 170116723823 for total of Rs. 3248/- which i made thru paisapay credit card. my status till 05th June afternoon shows status as 'under process'. surprisingly purchases under this system on 05th june morning show confirmed receipts from e-bay. was paisapay system malfunctioning on 04th june?

i hv sent an email to the seller also requesting status report on payments. i don't know whether i shall get the item or retrieve my money. request e-bay to sort this out ASAP, else i'll raise hell & obviously this will be my last transaction on e-bay.
