PAISAPAY PROBELM .. BUYERS COMPLAINING THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO PAY

WHAT HAPPENED PAISAPAY TEAM.

I RECEIVED TWO COMPLAINTS ONE COMPLAINT IS FROM A RETURN BUYER WHO IS BUYING ITEMS THIRD TIME AND WANTS TO PAY USING THE SAME CREDIT CARD BUT CANNOT PAY COZ PAISAPAY IS NOT ACCEPTING HIS CARD.

ANOTHER BUYER IS ALSO COMPLAINING THAT SHE IS NOT ABLE TO PAY USING PAISAPAY HER CREDIT CARD IS OKAY BUT PAISAPAY NOT ACCEPTING IT... PLEASE HELP ME .. IT'S ALL LOSS OF MY BUSINESS "Lord, I have done many things wrong. I am guilty, but to show your goodness, forgive me for everything I did. It can be upsetting when the buyers face problems while paying via PaisaPay for the items purchased.

Since two of your buyers have intimated you that they are facing problem while paying via PaisaPay, it would be best that you guide the buyers to write to the PaisaPay Team via the "Contact Us" link. Also inform them to mention the exact error message that they receive while making the payment.

This will help the PaisaPay Team to look into the matter and help the buyers to make the payment with the appropriate steps.

The buyers can also contact the Live Chat Team via the "Live Help" link, with the details of the problem faced by them. The Chat Support Team is available Monday - Friday 9.30 Am to 6.30 Pm. They can also help the buyers in this regards.
