I had bought WD harddisk through ebay,on reciept and checking I found that it is not working. after contacting ebay and seller I was asked to return it back,same was done and communication send to ebay. Even after regular followup my money is not refunded.Ebay do not have courtsey to contact and tell about refund. Whenever I contact customer care they are not able to give me any detail. they always say that my settler will contact me in 48 hrs but no body contacts. For past 6 days customer care no. is busy that even i can not contact it.
What should I do in such situation. should I complain in consumer court?
