I have brought a product from ebay on 16 feb . which was recived in damaged condition . I have raised a claim with claim ID: 887216 . But there is no communication in last one month for this . i have contacted the india customer support team multiple times with service request number : 1-44354267644 , 1-44777015647 . Also i have esclated this to their supervisor (esclation no : SC/008922) but everyone is making false commitment . I didnt get a replacement and no refund from ebay . it is so pain to buy from ebay .
