I bought a laptop for nearly 36,000 rupees on ebay, on the first-day i found the keyboard was not good and
left click also not fitted properly.So that i raised a complaint to replaced that product.
If I put a trust on ebay guarantee, so i raised claim : id :687741
"Hello Sir, Today i have received the Laptop "Lenovo Ideapad G50 (59-422410)," from blue dart courier. And i have
found that keyboard was not good, half side of the keyboard was not fitted properly upto the letter "Y"(QUERTY).
And found left click button going inside in touch pad. So i request to replace my Laptop or refund my amount

And i got reply like this

I am not understand, if i get a defect piece under Manufacure warranty means buyer is responsible for that product ?
Then why they created Ebay guarantee, I am totally disappointed by seeing that email from Ebay.
This will break my trust to buy costlier product through Ebay.
