I bought two led light using paisa pay (ID 44296052850) But the courier shipped back to the seller for none of my fault.so the transaction was cancelled and the refund process was supposed to have started more than 40 days back and still the amount is not refunded to my account.i called the customer care no several times and every time they assured me that refund will be done within one week but four weeks gone and still no refund.i want to know whether eBay try to cheat customers sometimes.my patient running out because in spite of been Ebay member for so long I am deficiency of service for the second time.
