My claim status disappeared in paisa pay . Seller contact me over phone only after I posted my sugge

I booked SONY LED 40" TV by paying advance of Rs.39500/- with Paisa Pay. They suppliedi a screen broken 40" sony LCD TV on 31/7/2013.
As and when received the dameged article, I note down on ebay complaint session for return of money and take back the TV.
But the ebay people tried several times to contact the seller over phone and come back to me to wait for another two days.
After that again the ebay people called me and instruct to hold the TV with me without forwarding to any one.
All of the sudden on 8/8/2013, my claim status become empty. As and when noticed the same, I have uploaded my complaint about the seller on feedback colomn.
Immediatly the seller contact me over phone and advice me to change the status of sale feed back as he is going to replace or cash back sooner.
Please analice this case and reply to proceed further with ebay and paisapay
