Dear E-bay team, I got my mobile lenovo A2010 as per my order having the following problems:- 1) During the verification of google account message appears This device was reset.To continue,sign in with a Google Account that was previously synced on this device . 2) One more defect is two small indent mark was present at the receiver area. 3) On the lenovo websites during checking of IMEI number it shows warranty expired. 4) The condition of the box was also seems to be used mobile. From the above it may seems the mobile has been used earlier. I therefore request you to please change my mobile with a new one as early as possible. Thanks and regards. Sanjay Dey
