Is Ebay Guarantee a Fraud Programe?

I had made a purchase in ebay and I got a fake product. I had made the payment usng credit card and Payback pouints. After my claim I got Credit card amount back. But payback points are not credited back. I had contacted e bay customer support mothan 6 times. Every time they will tell this case is escalated and wait for 4 days. Now its around 3 months. What they mean by ebay guarantee....   Fraud Fraud... nothing else....

You people are making fool...
If anyone wants to return the product they are not responsible for it...
Even the way of talking of the sellers are **bleep** no etiquette, no manners

This is why its combititors like Amazon and Flipcart growing fast and ebay going down and down. Regarding my refund I had contacted customer care now and everytime they are saying I will get with in four days. Is it worth to wait further.  Will they refund my money...?  Now its completed around 4 month ....
