I did a paisapay transaction as bank transfer on 29/7/14 for a kindle paperwhite. Ebay did not send me the product nor the refund till date. The seller says Ebay has put transactions of 10 days on hold and mine is one of them. Ebay says they will process the refund tomorrow and it will take around 5-6 days to hit my account.
This is against Ebay declared policies and I feel cheated. Neither could I get this item which I wanted to gift for a specific occasion nor could I go ahead with another purchase because I did nto get the refund and was not sure what was happening. Shame on you Ebay !!
