Immediate action, please EBAY!!!!Confirmation about payment from eBay!!

Hi,

I bought an item from sanjayjain72 and immediately paid for it by using paisa pay (credit card). I was asked by ebay to send a scan of the credit card to paisapaydocs@ebay.com which I did ( I do not know why, but i sent it) and received an auto reply from them stating that they have recieved the docs.

Still, they have not confirmed the paisa pay to the seller sanjayjain72.

What the heck is going on. I request EBAY to please confirm the payment to sanjayjain72 immediately so that he can dispatch the item I purchased.

THIS requires immediate ACTION, EBAY.

I am also facing the same problem. I had purchased a product from sanjayjain32 & paid by paisapay(credit card option). But after 2 days i got the message that the payment has not been cleared & i have to pay again. I had checked with the credit card dept. & as per them the amount has been blocked but ebay has not claimed the same. Then again I have paid for the same product by another credit card. Today again I have recieved the the same reply that the payment has not been cleared & need to pay again. Finally I had paid for the same by Paisapay(online transfer) & now it is showing that the payment is been cleared. What I think ebay doesn't know how to get the payment cleared from credit card. Now i have he problem that in both of my card the amount is blocked which will be released after 25 days. Ebay should take care of this thing.
