I have raised the refund claim for the Item which has not been deliverd to me for past one month.
The claim ID is 662325.
and Pay paisa ID is 37370844229.
In the policy it is mentioned that the claim will be settled with 4 working days from the date it is reaised.
I keep on getting the meassage and telecall from Ebay that the claim is under process and will be procssed in the next buisness day. The same is happeneing fpor last two weeks
Is Ebay willing to pay me back or is it an eye wash.
This is totally against the policy mentioned.
I have lost faith in Ebay and will not purchased any Item from your site in future.
The claim may be small but it dipicts the intention of EBay Team.
