How to get back Pay paisa money

If any one knows how to get back money from ebay pls guide me. I had paid the amount 20 days back but still item didn't reached my place nor anybody responding for the problem.

Report the seller by creating a dispute Item Not Recieved and then you can file for the refund.



eBay Standard Purchase Protection Program - Most other items are covered up to Rs. 10000(minus a Rs. 50 processing fee) under the eBay Standard Purchase Protection Program.

Before you file a claim through this program, you must complete the Item Not Received or Significantly Not as Described process.

This is the reply from seller.What can we do next.Please suggest how to contact ebay.No contact no or no official mail ID.Ebay had accepted the online paisa payment ,but they are very least interested in delivery process.
I have the Money transfer ID no. but how can i communicate with ebay.Please help.Thks for your kind reply.

I have now recieved the response from eBay. They have suspended my account indefinately. They have

also written in their mail that they will not reply to my mails any more. You may try to ask them
for
yourself. Its off from me now.
I say 'eBay should go to hell'.
I will not be responding to you
any
