How do I receive payments through paisa pay if I am not in India ?

Hi Guys,

I have a HDFC a/c in India. And would like to receive payment in that a/c. As I read in ebay it states once the bank confirms the transaction it will release the money.

My question is:

1) Do i need to show a postal receipt to bank to release the funds?

2) Can I stay abroad and use paisa pay to receive payment?

3) If not is there any alternative ?
