How do I make a payment with Paisapay?

I bought two items from an Indian seller. He offers PaisaPay but I always get the message that PaisaPay isn't available at the moment and that I should try it again later. And this since more than a week. What's wrong?

I have already reported this problem many times on discussion boards and none was replied promptly so far. The problem has started since introduction of new paisa pay . For many hours in the day Paisapay window is not found functional. A buyer or seller can not enter or access any information when he wants to .

A new user will certainly be disappointed and will be suspecious about credebility of Paisapay system. Already our overseas buyer hesitate to use Paisa pay .

Many buyers may not come again just to enter the shipment receipt which will delay the payment being released to seller.

I hope Paisa pay will take urgent steps before we loose many good buyers.

PaisaPay Payment is available although the site is showing this message erroneously.

We have already informed the concerned team and they are looking onto it. This issue will be fixed by the end of this week.

Until then the buyer can proceed to make payment.
