HUGE PAISAPAY PROBLEM

Iam have a horrid experience with paisapay, Iam a seller with ebay
for a long time now but the last few days were horrible.I hope you
can help in solving the problem. Please see the following
incidents :-

1) For the following paisapay id
17548968307
17534570027
17532791187
17528138267
17503457997

The buyer paid using paisapay between 16 - 20 th Aug.

2) I recieved the mail from paisapay confirming payment

3) Subsequently I SHIPPED the products promptly

4) On 21-Aug I recieved this mail one day Selling Restriction(=PS
&12464 JM66649363)

I was shocked as I am reputed seller and this never happened to
me.
So I replied back asking the violation.

5) On the same day 21 Aug i recieved this reply -- Re: IN82003
Thank you for contacting eBay Trust and Safety.
(KMM40033662V62419L0KM)

Stating " have reviewed your account and note that your item#
260023286162 was
ended for being in violation of our Adult Material Policy. I
have
thoroughly reviewed your listing and please note that the listing
was
ended in error. Please accept my apology for any inconvenience
this has
caused you"

So I thought there is no problem and all is well that end well.
The item number that was mentioned 260023286162 was deleted so I
couldnt see what was the Adult material violation and as ebay
acceppted that this was an error I left it.

6)Again this happened on 23rd and I didnt know why this is
happening. Finally I was clearly told which listing was creating
this problem , i believed the listing was not violating, as I take
due care not to violate any rules.

7) When I didnt recieve the full paisapay payment for the cycle, I
was stunned to see "Item deleted or archived - Payment on hold" in
the paisapay id i had mentioned before :

8 I sent a mail to Paispay on 22 Aug (Question on a pending
PaisaPay payment)and asked for clarification, I ALSO MENTION
CLEARLY I HAD SHIPPED THE ITEMS. AND I CAN PRODUCE POD FOR THE
SAME

9) WHEN I DIDNT RECIEVE ANY RESPONSE FOR 4 DAY I CONTACTED CHAT,
they only told to come again after 2 day, 3 days etc....

10) On 29 Aug i recieved this message Re: GS=C39070 Question on a
pending PaisaPay payment [#IN ?01 ] (KMM40286642V6957L0KM)

stating "I would like to apologize for the delay in responding to
your email.
Your concerns are important to me and I am happy to be able to
assist
you at this time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

On checking our records, I have noticed that your item are removed
from
eBay.in and hence the status of the payment for this transaction
in your
PaisaPay Account reflects as "Payment on Hold" and hence you wish
to
know whether you would be receiving the payment for this
transaction.

This matter has been escalated to the concerned team who are
working on
this. Please allow us 2 to 3 business days to get the resolution
for
you.

As always, my goal is to help you with your questions as quickly
and
accurately as possible. I appreciate your patience and
understanding
regarding this matter and wish you continued success on eBay.

11) Today When I went to chat help, i got the shock of my life,

The chat representative asked me to ask buyers to return the
product/ payment. Now which buyer will do that ???

* eBay has Buyer/ seller protection for a reason - Trust, how can
I have trust after all this ? How Can i ship the product If not
sure I'll get the payment for it.

* Why didnt Trust and Safety message me not ship any product that
was deleted ?

* All the paisapay payments made for Items that Didnt violate any
listing rules

Awaiting a resolution for this.

dear sir,

do not worry about your payment, it will get cleared.

now a days ebay PP team is very slow in reply & action.

we had also face same problem , but at the end we have recived the money. so please keep mailing ebay about your problem.

from last 16 to 18 month we have not face any big problem with pp ( excluding slow service ).

so trust pp , they will clear your issue.

also meanwhile keep ebay space free from any adult or wronge ( prohibited ) products which may let down the ebay experiance of buyers.( after all we are here for buyers ).

Paispay has shown there true color....

They have refunded the buyer and now who is going to pay for the items ???
