I was booked the item "Tupperware Best Lunch with Bag + Tupperware Flip Top Water Bottle 750ml" (***) on 27th Jan but haven't received yet. Checked with courier service they said this was returened to seller.

Fedex without delivered the item they mentioned as DELIVERED TO CUSTOMER
Same ebay also without got confirmation from customer(me) they simply closed as ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED
Both are updating fake information on their portal
Checked with seller Ruchi Creations via phone @*** via email:***. They confirmed item has been given to ebay. And ebay only handling shipping services
So I again checked with Fedex support they 100% confirmed it was returned to seller ***.
Then wondering how ebay closed my claim request without confirmation with me. Which is clearly shows both ebay & fedex trying to cheat
If you confirmed that booked item has been delivered to me. Then please share the proof of delivery chalan.
