Bank Statement emailed at paisapaydocs@ebay.com from 30th OCT 2015 to 2/12/2015 as per Raveena D's(customer care ebay chat) advice on 2/12/2015
It was promised within 24-48 hours I will get the update for the same.
Even after 10 days No updates or response so far from ebay end till now .
Today is 10/12/2015 but refund amount not yet credited to bank account.
I have continuously reminded ebay...even yesterday Pooja P.(customer care ebay chat ) said I will personally follow up with this case.Be rest assured. You will get update till today end of the day ...but nothing happened at the end of the day and even today. They have been promising me every time that they have escalated the matter and taking this matter personally and ensuring that funds will be credited within 24 to 48 hours..and so on.I am in complete darkness and have no choice but to rely on this false consolations.

FROM 18th NOv 2015 till Today no body from ebay has taken any action even I have sent mail to (DL-EBAY-IN-GRIEVANCE-OFFICER@ebay.com ) ebay GRIEVANCE cell even they are mum and not responding.
Is this ebay's new policy for cheating buyers?????
