Your customer care representative who resolved the claim 737477 on 08 NOV, has agreed to refund 110% of the purchased product amount in the form of ebay coupon which was to be delivered to me within 7-10 business days. But I havent received the refund till now. please find attached the screenshot of the mail received when the claim is resolved.
Please look into this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
