I purchased Spy Car Keychain on 13-Apr-2014 from Seller . The product was non function about which i informed the seller via phone and he promised a replacement which he never did and also stopped taking my calls.This proves him to be a fraud.
I was really upset and i gave a negative feed back to this seller. After few days i got calls from 2 different number and the person introduced himself as NAVJEET from ebay. He continuously requested and forced me to remove the negative feedback.He told that he is from ebay and he will send me the replacement of the nonfunctional item.He guided me to remove the negative feedback for Seller . He gave a fake/false waybill number for blue dart.The day i removed the negative feedback he also stopped taking my calls
.I was been fooled.I am sure that person was not from ebay and was seller's friend.
I never received any replacement.I made a guarantee claim but i think even ebay has decided to fool me.
I got email from guarantee claim that they are closing the case because i am unable to provide the proof that the item is non functional.I dont know what kind of proof they are looking for.
I am fed up.I want either replacement or refund of my money.
I am left nowhere .I have been cheated by the seller and also by ebay. Its not about money its about faith which is broken.
what should i do now???
