Here's my claim to ebay through PaisaPay.
To whomsoever concerned,
Still have not received the refund. I know the seller has initiated transaction same day (1st of sep and what is today? yes the 9th and as of yet , I see no sign of that refund. I check my bank account everyday. But still no sign as of yet.

If it takes so long and put your customers through so many anxious days (but when you take our money , you take it within a few seconds,eh?), then the customers of ebay do not feel comfortable shopping with you in assurance and surety, which is a big part of customer retention in a business model such as yours where there is no dearth of online outlets for customers to shop from.

PS: Also I am noticing a lag whenever I arrive at these claim related forums which I don't find at their BUY RELATED website. Jee, I wonder why? Could that be a reason to dissuade customers from posting on these forums and raising awareness for other customers against their sneaky and insiduous ways and methods of delaying refund payments as far as they possibly can so the exasperated customer just abandons it ? ( it may prove to be a good tactic for stealing small value transactions)
