I have bought a mobil z10 from ebay. Wifi and bluetooth is not working. So, I raised a claim after 7 days of receiving the item.
Ebay support team contacted me and told me that I will get a response from them withing 7 days. I did not get any call from them and contacted them several times. Eveytime I call them they ask me to wait for 24 hours.
It has been more than 45 days and they haven't processed my claim. No wonder I will never buy from Ebay and will prefer flipcart as many of my friends doing.
Any of you following this post, I would like to warn you not to buy anything from Ebay as their customer service is pathetic... Even one day they cut my call. They put your call in a long queue and same is the case in chatting option.
