i bought a product from ebay india and told seller not to deliver by DTDC courier but they dint replied and shipped by that courier only. i dint get my product so i left with negative feedback and in 5 min i got call from seller to remove feedback and they told me that ebay does all packaging and shipping and we cannot do anything.
is it so?
in that case what should i do.
this has happend with me twice.
