I was in powership last year. At that time i filled excess weight cases. Total number of cases are 450+. Firstly i uploaded csv file in PS Central in August 2015. It took them 5 months to resolve half of the cases. In january i got 50% amount back. After january till today i am fighting to get remaining money back. Case is also pending at esclation department since a month.
I am planning to visit the ebay office at mumbai & explain the situatiion to them. If anyone here have same problem ?? Please contact me on 73 500 17 515 so that we can discuss and find a solution.
