ebay india - buying from USA

Hi,

Can someone from India please help me with this, I ordered an item from USA which was shipped by the seller using USPS on 18 Sep 2020. The last update on USPS website is showing Your item departed a transfer airport in INDIRA GANDHI INTL, DELHI, INDIA on September 22, 2020, and the last update on eBay's page is showing 22 Sep 2020, DELIVERED TO POSTAL AGENT, Delhi, IN. Two days ago I went to my nearest Indian post office but they also not aware of the whereabouts of the package. 

Can someone from India please help me get the package as I am unable to contact eBay also (couldn't find any customer support for India), or let me know how I can get a refund at least.

Hi Sid,

Were you able to get a response from ebay/ USPS/ local post yet?
And have you checked with the local foreign post?
I am also in a similar situation where it states DELIVERED TO POSTAL AGENT Delhi, IN
And no update further.
About refund, you can check with customer support: 1800 209 3229
Since Ebay India doesn't exist anymore.

If you already got the package, do let me know if you had taken additional steps.

No update yet on the whereabouts, I tried dropping mails multiple times to the Indian Foreign Post Office but didn't get any reply, the end date of my estimated delivery is set to 2nd December 2020, so will wait till then.
